This week's cap of the week - The Miki Cap in Blue Grey
The Miki cap is like a beanie, but made from fabric. If you are at all obsessed with accidentally wes anderson on insta like I am and just wes anderson style in general, then you'll recognise this style!
It's also a familiar style in marine circles and goes pretty darn well with a cable knit jumper. I first started getting obsessed with patterning this one about 5 years ago, when my boss at a theatrical chandler asked me to make some for his sister business, a marine chandler, Arthur Beale in London.. but I never really got round to it. As well live happened and I ended up leaving London not long after. Sorry Alasdair. :S But the inspiration came from you!
This one is available in four different colours Blue-grey, Red and Charcoal are all organic cotton denim and the rebel, Mustard Yellow.
This miki cap is also a winter limited version, so it's made with super toasty fleece lining, for extra insulation. It's a super lovely one to get your ears in and wrap up as it gets more nippy.*
Made with an adjustable grey leather tab at the back, so you can make sure it fits super snuggly.
*Don't worry miki fans though, a lighter version without the fleece is in the pipeline for the summer and is available to custom order in the mean time.
